Their is not a day that I do a hard system restart because it is freezing on my like more then 3 times a day! Ether when I try to open up programs or do certain task that causes my system to freeze badly! And its all Random.

can you add what graphics card you have and if you have installed any drivers. What would be also useful is to add details of your hardware to your question. – fossfreedom♦ Aug 23 '11 at 19:49
