Amidst all the changes happening in Ubuntu, the startup sound still remains the same. Will there be any change in Ubuntu's default startup sound for the release cycle of Oneiric Ocelot? I would love a change in this area!

Startup sound is still the same as in Natty. Not alot of ppl can answer your question since it is too localized and subject to instant change: 11.10 is still being developed. – Rinzwind Aug 19 '11 at 18:41
