As done on Fedora 15, or Suse with Selinux, apparmor needs a wizard or -gui to setup a working profile. Imho appamor on Ubuntu is something for specialists, without such a wizard or gui. It is difficult to give support. It is to much a process of trial and error, and too time consuming for beginners to set up. The default profiles are a good start though.
