Can you add some hardware information to your question and a few pieces of basic information. Like is the modem connected to the internet is efax using this modem and what model modem is in use. You are more likely to get an answer with this additional information –  Allan Jul 18 '11 at 7:49

Does your machine have a fax modem? There is no modem listed in the tec spec of that machine. –  Allan Jul 22 '11 at 0:53
