Up there is a search box, you could have searched install and wine and you would have got a result, as for your keyboard, does Ubuntu recognizes it? i think lsusb should tell you. – Uri Herrera Jul 12 '11 at 4:54
Open a terminal, Alt+F2 or if using Unity, click on the Ubuntu logo and type Terminal. – Uri Herrera Jul 12 '11 at 4:54

To install Wine, you can do it via command line by doing

sudo apt-get install wine

Or by Ubuntu Software Center by these steps

  1. Open Ubuntu Software Center
  2. Search for Wine (Shows as Microsoft Windows Compatibility Layer)
  3. Select Microsoft Windows Compatibility Layer
  4. Click the install button
