When trying to install the 32 bit desktop Windows version, installation is denied because a key file is already in use as per the ERROR LOG file, wubi-14.04-rev286.log. The relevant information is shown below.

All other programs are closed when running the installation file. What can be done to enable installation?

Wubi's known to not work very nicely with a lot of systems. Might be better off installing the old fashioned way askubuntu.com/questions/449486/… –  amanthethy Aug 17 at 23:15
