NotifyOSD notifications seem not to work in Ubuntu Natty for Evolution. I don't get a notification when new mail has arrived. I have tried to use Thunderbird instead, but I have had no luck. Has anyone else experienced this?

I would suggest that what you are experiencing is atypical. I have had no issue with either Evolution or Thunderbird with respect to OSD notifications. – Kory Wnuk Jun 18 '11 at 2:14

I would suggest this is atypical relative my own experience with using Evolution and Thunderbird. The basis of the OSD issues is difficult to diagnose without additional information. – Kory Wnuk Jun 18 '11 at 11:17
