In Unity, can I modify the keyboard shortcuts specific to a particular application? For example, the Google Chrome shortcut for "Full screen" is F11 by default. Suppose I want to change it to be F12 (or whatever).

Also, is there a single place to do this for all applications (e.g., an "Application Shortcuts" tab under Settings > Keyboard), or can it only be done within a particular application?
