I've recently installed Ubuntu Touch on my Nexus 7 (2nd gen). Earlier I had bought a display adapter that worked with Android, but with ubuntu touch installed it doesnt give an output. Does ubuntu touch support docking yet?

In short: No. :)

Canonical has been developing Ubuntu for Android as their strategy for running and Ubuntu desktop from a phone. However, Ubuntu on phones does not (yet) support this behavior.
