I have installed windows 8.1 and now i want to install Ubuntu 12.04 along with it and want dual boot OS. I have 250 GB HD and they partitioned in four drives in windows and in which one is 20 GB portion for Linux which is empty. But when i am installing Ubuntu with boot-able pen-drive it shows me three drives one system reserved(300 MB), one C: drive(50 GB) and other combined drive(200 GB).

this@this:~$ sudo fdisk -l /dev/sda

Please show the output of sudo fdisk -l /dev/sda and sudo parted /dev/sda print from the Ubuntu installer booted in its try-before-installing mode. Either post this output to a pastebin site or edit your question to include the output, adding four spaces to the start of each line. (The spaces tell the forum software to not reformat the text, which keeps it legible.) –  Rod Smith Jun 16 '14 at 13:10
To add images i need at-least 10 Reputations. and so it's not possible. –  Brijesh Patel Jun 16 '14 at 13:37
you don't need to add images, you need to copy & paste those outputs from terminal to your question by editing your question. –  JoKeR Jun 16 '14 at 14:02
