I have a Lexmark E230 Printer. It works well, but when I select PrintoutMode = Draft in the Printer Properties, it always prints in PrintOutMode=High. In Windows this does not happen. This happens with all of programs.

Adobe Acrobat uses command lpr -P Lexmark-E230 -o PrintoutMode=Draft -o PageSize=Letter -o PageRegion=Letter -o InputSlot=Default -o Duplex=None -o PrinterResolution=300x300dpi
