Open a Terminal then run gksu unity-control-center. Is it a fresh install of 14.04 or a update from a over version? –  TuKsn May 24 '14 at 16:52
It's an update from 13.10. The result of your sugestion is: (gksu:3186): Gtk-WARNING **: Unable to locate theme engine in module_path: "pixmap", –  Dumitru Cristian May 24 '14 at 18:02
