I am trying to install Ubuntu 14.04 with ASRock hardware. ASRock BIOS has "Secure boot" disabled, and "Fast boot" is disabled too. I have also set the correct boot order in the BIOS.

When trying to boot from Live USB media, I get:

Reboot and Select proper Boot device
or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key

How can I boot a live usb media?

Try reburning your ISO file or check if it is corrupt by using MD5 code. –  Ritik May 22 '14 at 9:23
How did you copy the .iso file to the USB drive? In my experience, the most reliable way to do this is with dd in Linux, or with similar tools in other OSes. Tools like unetbootin often get things wrong, particularly if you try to boot in EFI mode or are using an unsupported distribution. (Ubuntu is certainly supported by most such tools, but it's possible that something's changed in 14.04 that's causing whatever tool you used to mess things up.) –  Rod Smith May 22 '14 at 12:08
