Ask Ubuntu is a question and answer site for Ubuntu users and developers. It's 100% free, no registration required.

Currently I have to click the Windows key and it takes large amount of time to time to load recent file list. How to do it on commandline rather? Also can I specify file type (like recently accessed pdfs)?

I'm on Ubuntu 12.04.
