How do I determine if I have the best possible wireless drivers for my setup? Below are specifics for my situation, but I'm also wondering what the general procedure is to make sure you have good wireless drivers.

I recently installed Ubuntu 11.04 Natty Narwhal on my netbook, and I really like the OS in comparison to Crunchbang which I'd been using previously. Since I installed Ubuntu my wireless has been acting wonky, which could be the result of me not having the best wireless drivers or it could be the result of routers acting wonky...

The wonky behavior is an inability to "see" a router, even after I've connected to that router. That is, I'm getting an erratic inability to connect to things, and it makes me wonder if I have the best wireless driver for my netbook

I have an MSI Wind U123 netbook with a Realtek RTL8187SE Wireless chip.

An answer to How to install windows wireless driver? indicates the output of

lspci -k
is helpful, below is what my machine returns from that command.
