My folder Documents disappeared. I have to reinstall my Ubuntu and now I don't have access to my older folder. What I have to do?

Did the Documents folder disappear when you reinstalled Ubuntu? Do you have a new Documents folder now that does not contain your old data? –  ændrük May 23 '11 at 2:11
