I am running MutSig command, its output:

Setting up environment variables

LD_LIBRARY_PATH is .:/usr/local/MATLAB/MATLAB_Compiler_Runtime/v80//runtime/glnxa64:/usr/local/MATLAB/MATLAB_Compiler_Runtime/v80//bin/glnxa64:/usr/local/MATLAB/MATLAB_Compiler_Runtime/v80//sys/os/glnxa64:/usr/local/MATLAB/MATLAB_Compiler_Runtime/v80//sys/java/jre/glnxa64/jre/lib/amd64/native_threads:/usr/local/MATLAB/MATLAB_Compiler_Runtime/v80//sys/java/jre/glnxa64/jre/lib/amd64/server:/usr/local/MATLAB/MATLAB_Compiler_Runtime/v80//sys/java/jre/glnxa64/jre/lib/amd64/client:/usr/local/MATLAB/MATLAB_Compiler_Runtime/v80//sys/java/jre/glnxa64/jre/lib/amd64 /media/storage1/MutSigCV_1.3/MutSigCV: error while loading shared libraries: libmwlaunchermain.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

hence i did following things:

$cd /

$tree -af | grep "libmwlaunchermain"

I am unable to find that package in above command and synaptic and in apt-get.

Also you can see there is .../v80//...

its setting path, but in bashrc file i have mentioned all this path correctly. I don't know why its considering wrong path?

I don't know how to proceed.

Waiting for Positive Reply.

Thank You

Chetan Joshi.
