- How do I resolve unmet dependencies? 13 answers
[Preface: I have seen similar questions, but that did not help me and so this new question. To explain in more detail, I followed the steps in How do I resolve unmet dependencies?, without rectifying the problem]
I am trying to install
However, I get the following error:
sudo apt-get install cmake-curses-gui Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree Reading state information... Done Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable distribution that some required packages have not yet been created or been moved out of Incoming. The following information may help to resolve the situation: The following packages have unmet dependencies: cmake-curses-gui : Depends: cmake (= 2.8.7-0ubuntu4) E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
sudo apt-get -f install, but it did not help.
I am unable to find broken packages either.
