We have acquired an machine with Embedded Server RAID technology 5.4.1 and trying to install Ubuntu 12.04.4 onto it. There are two disks and we have defined one logical volume with RAID 1. Then run initialise.

We then install Ubuntu by booting the livecd from DVD. The install says its successful, but when we go to reboot, the system seems to be picking up a old Windows Version and the Raid now says its in degraded mode. Its like the Ubuntu install only went on one disk and left the other as the old Window system.

Thoughts Please.
