Ask Ubuntu is a question and answer site for Ubuntu users and developers. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I have just done a fresh install on a new HDD and I want to map my old storage partition (on my old disk). This means I won't have to re-do all my music libraries.

The problem is that there is an "extended partition" in the place where I would put a link. I seem unable to delete it. What can I do?
