While I am using Firefox and have multiple tabs, When I navigate through the tabs and some tab happens to have a flash player video (etc facebook video, youtube video) the shortcut ctrl+tab doesn't work there shortcut gets on the video and a yellow box appear, moving around and its annoying sometimes because I want to navigate through the tabs and it start on the video so I was wondering if there is any solution to this ?

This is a known bug in Mozilla Firefox.

This is because flash grabs the focus of your keyboard and all shortcuts that worked with firefox won't, until you shift the focus back to the main windows.
