Is phpmyadmin working? If not, do this:

sudo ln -s /usr/share/phpmyadmin /var/www/phpmyadmin

Make sure apache and mysql are running:

sudo service apache2 start
sudo service mysql start

And then, point your web browser to:

http://localhost/phpmyadmin
