I recently upgraded to 12.10 and it froze at configuring sudo so I shut it down and started it back up and it booted into 12.10 with one problem: I couldn't connect to the internet via wired ethernet cable. I can't do the partial upgrade to fix it either. Is there any reason why this happened or is there any way to fix it? Here are the specs:
