I have Windows 7 Home Premium x86, I burned the .iso image on a DVD after I had downloaded it. I restarted my computer, and I booted from the DVD.

When I click on "Installing Ubuntu", first it detects that I have Windows 8 instead of Windows 7. After completing the installation and restarting my computer, it doesn't show me dual boot with Windows 7 and Ubuntu 13.10, but the computer boots normally to Windows 7.

Edit: I currently dual-booting Windows XP and Windows 7 Home Premium.
