Since I've installed Ubuntu 12.04 x64 on wife's new laptop it's constantly (but not always) hanging on reboot or shutdown. Killing X server (with ctrl+alt+backspace) has the same issue. Sometimes it hangs with only desktop picture shown, but sometimes it prints some information:

The last line couples repeats endlessly with some delay until I force poweroff laptop. I have no idea on what this all means.

Any help with that?
