I have just installed 64bit Ubuntu 12.04, and steam. The games I have payed for previously do not show up in my library. The heading of Linux games, there is 0. The heading of all games there is 0. I have previously purchased, Skyrim on my windows operating system, and would like to play skyrim on Ubuntu steam, how can I do this?

Do I need wine to run steam? Do i need to pay for the games again? yes, I am sure about the account / login. if i use wine, might skyrim work? (provided that I can get the game to show up)

Skyrim, however, is not available for Ubuntu, so you wouldn't be able to play it without wine anyway. –  user98085 Dec 28 '13 at 0:26
