Does anyone knows why sometimes I don't get the first message of a conversation with Empathy when using a wlm account?

Example using the wlm web messenger:

Someone: Hi

Someone: How are you?

Me: Fine

Example using Empathy:

Someone: How are you?

Me: Fine

It happens every time, and I'm sick of using the web messenger of wlm and Empathy just to catch those missing messages.

Has anyone experienced something like that?
