I have already done search on Google and askubuntu.com.

I made a Live USB for Arch Linux on my Ubuntu OS.(I used dd if=archiso.iso of=dev/sdc1) As a result, the USB is 'read-only' so that I cannot change the permission. How to fix it?

sudo blkid

Output:

/dev/sdb1: LABEL="ARCH_201311" TYPE="iso9660"

I tried

sudo mount -o remount,rw '/media/p/ARCH_201311/'
sudo chown -R $USER:$USER /media/p/ARCH_201311

mount: cannot remount block device /dev/sdb1 read-write, is write-protected
