in my system there was windows 7-32 bit and linux tamil (Govt laptop) I deleted the linux partition from windows by Disk Management in windows. when i rebooted the system i get the follwing Thing,

GRUB loading. Welcome to GRUB!

error: unknown filesystem. Entering rescue mode... grub rescue>

Pls help me to solve this issue and access me to Windows

Boot from your Windows 7 DVD. Select your language and then to choose the repair option.

At the repair option you should choose the command prompt and use the command 'bootsect /nt60 C:' . Some time you may require to use this command 'bootsect /nt60 c: /mbr '

Now restart your computer and Windows 7 should boot without entering the GRUB.
