Ask Ubuntu is a question and answer site for Ubuntu users and developers. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I am using Arachnophilia which under older versions of Ubuntu, I was able to start using a shell script.

After updating to 13.04 the shell script won't work.

I opened up a terminal then cut and pasted each of the script commands individually each step worked in the terminal, but the shell script won't work. I double checked the properties including the execute setting, still the best I can get is the script file opened to edit.

How to solve this ?
