I want to connect Sony xperia L in MTP mode with ubuntu 13.10. I don't have any sdcard so i can't connect xperia L in Mass storage mode.

first change the setting of phone , go to setting-xperia-connectivity change the mode MSC to MTP , only if you are using stock ROM, else cutom ROMS dont have those options. then try to connect it normally on ubuntu 13.04. –  Sushantp606 Nov 26 '13 at 13:50
I am not sure about what i said , but i have done this with windows for flashing custom kernels. I think there is a way to do the same by fastboot after installing ADB?? –  Sushantp606 Nov 26 '13 at 14:26
