When I clicked

  • System - Administrator - Language support
  • System - Administrator - Additional drivers
  • System - Administrator - Update manager - Settings

nothing happened. there will open no window. (I use ubuntu 11.04. and there was no problem ubuntu 10.10)

Which version of Ubuntu are you using? 10.10, or 11.04 with the classic interface? – michaelms Apr 29 '11 at 19:03
