I am using Ubuntu 13.10 64-bit and whenever I log in I am greeted with 6 system program problem windows and I don't know how to fix them. In the 3 weeks ago running

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade

this fixed the problem for a week and I can't figure out how to find and fix the problems. I am not a terminal expert, so if anyone can five me some useful commands or tips please post it below. Thanks to the entire Ubuntu community, I have had so many answers to my problems.

This happens sometimes when the latest release is still fresh. You should check what the errors are about, but they're usually benign. If you're not noticing anything bad and are only annoyed, I would tick "do not show again." –  kelvinilla Nov 10 '13 at 19:31

I only have the option to report or cancel. nothing happens, my OS and it's programs are fine. I am stuck with the errors, it only makes Linux look bad when people are around though.Thanks –  Anonymous John Nov 11 '13 at 4:36
