What version of Ubuntu are you using? –  Nullet Nov 8 '13 at 11:43

Base on your lspci output, I think the extra driver you need to install is the one for your wireless card:

02:00.0 Network controller: Broadcom Corporation Device 4365 (rev 01)

(Only if it's not working at all, otherwise you don't need it.)

Please connect to the Internet by using the Ethernet port (you have to download the proprietary driver from the Internet) and open your dash, search for "driver, you will see a tool for this: enter image description here Select the Broadcom wireless driver, press "apply changes" enter image description here

This is an example from 14.04, but it could apply to 12.04 as well.

Your graphic card is:

00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation 2nd Generation Core Processor Family Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 09)

It's already supported. If you think your system has another graphic card, but it's not detected, you will have to check the BIOS setting and the dmesg output.
