Ask Ubuntu is a question and answer site for Ubuntu users and developers. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I have an iphone 4 and I just paid $10 on xcom enemy unknown, and it dosn't work on my phone; So, I would like to find some way to get an iPhone app testing software that works on ubuntu and load the game in there.

I was thinking I could run a free version of os 10 in a virtual box and then get a app development software.

Also, I was wondering if its possible to have an iPhone connected to an Ubuntu machine via usb and some how use the usb to transfer internet content to the iPhone as if it were a usb in order to use the wired internet, because my wifi connection is bad.

for the internet, plug in wired on laptop - use wireless to transmit "ad-hoc", tumutanzi.com/archives/8195 , please try and focus on one question at a time, if they are asked separately it will be easier to get complete answers to both questions - as we are not sure which to answer for this "question" –  Mateo Nov 2 '13 at 17:56

btw, can you keep a problem per question please? –  Braiam Nov 2 '13 at 17:58
