I could not install and uninstall software in USC.This issue got started after I updated my 13.04(RR)

Error Detail:

This can happen when an update is interrupted, or some other conflicts occur in package installation. Things to try : -

sudo dpkg --configure -a
sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get update

thanks for ur help. I just removed all the entries in environment file.Now i can install and uninstall softwares from USC.So far I dont face any issue after removing paths configured in environment where i had configured my JAVA_HOME var as well. –  user199492 Oct 7 '13 at 8:16
