I want to establish a VPN (PPTP) connection to my school, but it always fails.

This is what I get from tail -f /var/log/syslog

I did the configuration with the network manager and tried it manually by following this tutorial: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/VPN but I always give me the same "LCP: timeout sending Config-Requests" problem.
