When I compile a program, there is a warning *.so not found, but I used -L to specify the location of the dynamic library. Why doesn't it link? I use Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.

What program is this, where did you get it from, does it actually say *.so or a specific file? You need to provide more information, please edit your question with this information –  minerz029 Sep 16 '13 at 2:46
