Have you tried changing a mirror? –  Achu Sep 6 '13 at 11:05
I would recoomend changing the download server.askubuntu.com/questions/37753/… –  Stormvirux Sep 6 '13 at 11:22
The first of your missing packages is supposed to be here: nl3.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/h/homerun Open the parent URL (nl3.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/h) in a browser and you will see that it does not have a homerun subdirectory. So this mirror does lack these packages. I notice the us mirror does have homerun: us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/h/homerun. You could switch to the us archives by editing your sources.list file with sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list –  kyleN Sep 6 '13 at 14:53
