I'm using LibreOffice 4.1.1.2 from official ppa ppa:libreoffice/ppa in my Ubuntu 13.04 x64.

The shortcut key-bindings don't work. By shortcut key-binding, I mean,

When I hold Alt key, there is Menubar shown with underline in alphabets like "Alt + F" would open File Menu in other applications (gedit etc).

But, in LibreOffice I can't open File menu when I press "Alt + F". Other keys bindings are also now working.

Is this feature not available in LibreOffice or do I have to tweak some settings for that?
