Hello i have a apache2 server installed in mi PC

i can access the site localhost/RLAH but can't enter in other like /localhost/bootstrap

my /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/000-default file is this

i changed the bootstrap folder permitions to 777 and 755 but doesn't work either
