I am going to download the Ubuntu 13.04 Desktop i386 but i need to find the ISO file. Where can I get the ISO file for that? I am going to put it on a usb so I can keep windows but use Ubuntu when I need it. Thanks.

Ubuntu downloads are ISO files, always. Have you even tried downloading? There's no other form of downloading Ubuntu (except Wubi for older versions, but that's not available any longer). –  gertvdijk Aug 27 '13 at 15:39
