I had both window 7 & Ubuntu 12.04 installed on 1 disk.

After formating the Windows partition my PC is not booting in to Ubuntu.

"Boot manager missing" message is showing. I don't have Ubuntu LiveCD.

Before you deleted the Windows partition, did you use Grub or Windows boot manager? –  Mitch Aug 26 '13 at 19:13

"I don't have Ubuntu LiveCD", you mean you don't have any CD or USB drive lying around to make a LiveCD? I think you need one to be able to solve your issue. You don't have to use an Ubuntu LiveCD though, you can just use the Boot Repair Disk. Once you boot from it, hit "Recommended Repair" and it should fix everything for you. –  Alaa Ali Aug 26 '13 at 19:36
