A recent update seems to have broken NetworkManager for me. It no longer runs scripts in /etc/NetworkManager/dispatcher.d except the first time the network comes up after boot.

The scripts in dispatcher.d are not run upon any subsequent changes to network devices, whether due to a dropped VPN connection or manual intervention with sudo service network-manager restart or sudo nmcli con down id XXX.

Does anyone have any idea why this is (not) happening?

Note: I can't find any trace of nm-dispatcher in my syslog.
