When I am using rails console command something like this is happening:

peeyush@peeyush-WS:~/issues$ rails console

What version of rails are you using rails --version? Also, have you tried deleting the ~/.rvm directory? Try rm -rf ~/.rvm. –  Braiam Aug 3 '13 at 0:23
