Is there Lubuntu 13.04 Wubi?

Is there a way to dual-boot Windows 7 and Ubuntu/Lubuntu without using Wubi without installing GRUB or any alternate bootloader?

Which would boot faster: Ubuntu (regular) or Ubuntu Wubi?

Which would boot faster: Lubuntu (regular) or Lubuntu Wubi?

What would happen to Ubuntu boot time if I automatically logged in to LXDE?

On a netbook with an Intel Atom N270 (1.6 GHz), 2 GB of RAM and a 120 GB Samsung 840 Pro SSD, what distro do you reccomend?

1: I'm not sure 13.04 is available via Wubi. There are some articles describing hacks that make this possible; just search for wubi + 13.04. 2: Please raise one issue per question. –  user25656 Jul 31 '13 at 14:39
