the default Chinese font in 13.04 seems to be incorrect for some reason. I've just done a brand-new clean install to test, and if I install the two major Chinese fonts (packages fonts-arphic-uming and fonts-arphic-ukai, then the default font used for Chinese across all programs is "AR PL UKai CN", instead of "AR PL UMing CN", as it should be, as as is specified in every relevant config file in /etc/fonts/config.d/. Is this a bug? This has never been a problem in previous releases (indeed, see this question for example).

I would be grateful for any insight on this matter. Thanks!
