My Thinkpad laptop has Windows 7 x64 pre-installed. I tried to install a dual system Ubuntu, but there are some installation errors.
I know under Windows 7 Control Panel->Uninstall a Program, there should be a Ubuntu icon to remove Ubuntu easily from Windows. But due to installation error, I don't have that item.
So I format the Ubuntu drive, and don't want to re-install Ubuntu again. But I totally forget the GRUB booting thing!!!
Now I dare not turn off my computer, because I know I cannot boot into Windows again.
Anyone could tell me the detail steps to recover the booting file? I googled and most people say using windows install CD to recovery. But my windows 7 is pre-installed, I don't have a CD. Also I have a windows recovery disk, I don't know whether that would help.
Thanks in advance!
