Ask Ubuntu is a question and answer site for Ubuntu users and developers. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I configured my Ubuntu as a dhcpv6 server for IPv6, but my WiFi connection is IPv4. I want to divert my internet connection to the Ethernet port (wlan0 to eth0).

I know that IPv4 to IPv4 is possible, here is the configuration:

sudo iptables -A FORWARD -o eth0 -i eth1 -s 192.168.0.0/24 -m conntrack --ctstate NEW -j ACCEPT
sudo iptables -A FORWARD -m conntrack --ctstate ESTABLISHED,RELATED -j ACCEPT
sudo iptables -t nat -F POSTROUTING
sudo iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -o eth0 -j MASQUERADE

But how can I configure IPv4 to IPv6?
