I'm having some trouble trying to get my iPod Touch 4th Gen (os 4.2.1) to work with ubuntu 10.10. Whenever I plug it it says:

Could not display "gphoto2://[usb:001,003]/".

Error: DBus error org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown: The name :1.207 was not provided by any .service files

Please select another viewer and try again.

I tried Banshee, Rhythmbox or even Nautilus to open the files but no success. I also have libmobiledevice1 lib installed (I guess it comes by default with 10.10)

Does anyone know what could be wrong?

Thanks in advance!

What happened when you tried to view the files in Nautilus? Does Nautilus give an error? Does it show the device? – michaelms Mar 26 '11 at 14:04
In Nautilus it shows me only an empty DCIM folder, It does have music and files in it. When I try to open it on any music player or double click the iPod icon on the desktop is when I get that error. – javiervd Mar 26 '11 at 14:37
